What is the “best” resume format when one significant technical experience but no college degree?

What is the “best” resume format for 40 y/o with a broad range of experience in a highly technical field? I am six months short of an executive bachelors in business admin, much of which is review. The position I seek would normally be held by someone with an advanced degree, which my resume lacks. How do I get past the gatekeepers looking for that degree, and how do I present the fact that I will have it soon (virtual completion is an option, so relocation is also an option)? Also, what are the different approaches to U.S, versus European submissions of such a resume? -Thank you.
