Hmmm. I&#039;m going to disagree with the rest of your answers. Let&#039;s say your resume ends up in a stack with the 500 the employer received online, which they printed out on their flimsy, white photocopier/laser paper. And there is yours, somewhere in that stack, on a nice, slightly heavier paper, with a hint of ivory or grey tint to it. Which one will stand out? The game is to distinguish yoursself, in positive ways. Ever detail helps! Look for linen, ivory or very light grey paper. Good luck!</description>

They actually sell such a thing call resume paper. they&#039;re a bit thicker and I believe it&#039;s also said that some are made from egyptian cotton. But they&#039;re a bit pricy though. about $8 for around 20 sheets.</description>

I would use a higher quality white bond paper.  I would stay away from colored papers altogether.  Many companies scan resumes into data bases for future reference.  Colored paper does not always scan very well.</description>
