Should I follow up with answers to interview questions I could not answer during the interview?

Should I follow up with answers to interview questions I could not answer during the interview?

I was grilled during my interview with programming/technical questions and could not answer/only partly answered some of the technical questions that were asked.
I dont know whether or not I should follow up with answers to the questions now.
Does it show that I have taken the trouble to at least look up the answers/work on a solution instead of not bothering?
Or will it go against me?
The interview was yesterday morning, I have already sent the thank you letters.

Please help!
